THE CITY OF W AUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING CITY OF URBANDALE ENGINEERING DIVISION AS THE
ENGINEERS FOR THE 2008 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROGRAM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Cities of Urbandale,Clive,Norwalk and Waukee will jointly contract
for and administer certain sanitary sewer rehabilitation public improvement projects;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Urbandale will serve as the Lead Public Agency to prepare the
scope of the work and cost estimate for the project design,which shall consist of plan and
specifications and contract administration for the letting and award of the project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Urbandale Engineering Division shall serve as the Engineers of
this joint project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this s"day of September 2008 that it hereby approves the City of Urbandale
Engineering Division as the Engineers for the 2008 Sanitary Sewer Lining Program.
