RESOLUTION 05-165
WAIVING PImMIT FEES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION BY GRACIAS
CONSTRUCTION INCORPORATED OF A HOME LOCATED
AT 1655 SE HAWTHORNE RIDGE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Gratias Construction Incorporated has constructed a home located at 1655
SE Hawthome Ridge for sale,the proceeds of which were donated to Drake University;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee hereby determines that good cause
existed to waive $2,026.65 or 50%of the Permit Fee associated with the construction and
sale of the structure at that location,for educational purposes,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 12th day of September 2005 that it hereby officially waives $2,026.65 ofthe
permit fees for the structure constructed at 1655 SE Hawthorne Ridge Dr,Waukee,Iowa
provided that the proceeds from the sale ofthe home are/were donated to Drake
University.
