RESOLUTION 05-164 I
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch Inc.has completed the improvements on Parkview Crossing Plat
7 for Jerry's Homes;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman reviewed the improvements on
Parkview Crossing Plat 7 on September 6,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 12tIl day of September 2005 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Parkview Crossing Plat 7.
