RESOLUTION 05-168
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
THE VILLAGE AT GRACE WOOD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
'VHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for The Village at Grace Wood on June 14,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has provided bonds,easements and legal documents for the
plat and they have been reviewed by both the City Engineer and City Attorney;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Grant Park is in general conformance with §303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and I
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for The Village at Grace Wood be approved with the stipulation
that the Final Plat not be filed until legal descriptions of all easements remaining were
part of the record.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the tz"day of
September 2005.
