RESOLUTION 05-174
APPROVING THE REVISED CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
GLYNN VILLAGE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORlTY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Doug Saltsgaver with Engineering Resource Group has submitted the
revised construction plans for Glynn Village and the construction plans have been
reviewed by the City Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in general
conformance with the Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Revised Construction Plans for Glynn Village be approved.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 19th day of
September 2005.
