RESOLUTION 05-176
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LEGACY POINTE SENIOR CARE CENTER
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Legacy Pointe Senior Care Center on September 19,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Si te Plan for Legacy Pointe Senior Care Center is ill general
conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance ofthc Waukee Municipal Code,as well as
the PD agreement for Legacy Pointe;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe Senior Care Center be approved with the
understanding from Andrew Reich of Stott and Associates Architects that the hedgerow
currently in the plan to deflect headlights would be replaced if not effective.
Passed by the City Conncil of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19th day of
September 2005.
