APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR SHOTTENKIRK CHEVROLET ADDITION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Shottenkirk Chevrolet Addition on September 19,2005,provided the
development agreement is amended to change all references from C-1 standards to
Arterial Corridor Overlay standards;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Shottenkirk Chevrolet Addition be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the is"day of
September 2005.
