RESOLUTION 05-182
APPROVING A 15 TON EMBARGO ON L.A.GRANT PARI(W AY FROM 312 TH
STREET SOUTH TO ASHWORTH ROAD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is making every effort to preserve the existing roads by
placing a 15 ton embargo on L.A.Grant Parkway from 312'11Street south to Ashworth
Road;AND,
WHEREAS,the City will post all of the signs necessary to enforce the embargo;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that a 15 ton embargo on L.A.Grant Parkway from 312tl1 Street to Ashworth Road
be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19th day of
September 2005.
