RESOLUTION 05-172
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE II PLAT 10
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Orgauization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat lOon September 14,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the preliminary plat
provided all signage and flags are brought into compliance with the PD agreement,AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat lOis in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the revised Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat lObe approved provided
all signage and flags are brought into compliance with PD Agreement.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19th day of
September 2005.
