RESOLUTION 05-179
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLOWBROOK PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Final
Plat for Willowbrook Plat 4 on September 14,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has provided bonds,easements and legal documents for the
plat and they have been reviewed by both the City Engineer and City Attorney;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Willowbrook Plat 4 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Willowbrook Plat 4 be approved provided the property pins
have been set prior to filing the Final Plat.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19th day of
September 2005.
