RESOLUTION 05-191
APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF RON MARR
TO THE MAC LEGISLATION COMMITTEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,MAC,the area Municipal Advisory Council,of which the City of Waukee
is a member,has created a MAC Legislative Committee;AND,
WHEREAS,the MAC Legislative Committee will bring forward legislative concems
from the MAC membership and will carry back information and concems to the MAC
membership;AND,
WHEREAS,it is recommended that each MAC member assign at least one person and,
preferably two people to the committee;AND,
WHEREAS,Ron Marr,City's lobbyist to the Legislature is recommended as being the
Waukee representative to the MAC Legislative Committee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3rd day of October 2005 that it hereby approves Ron Marr as the Waukee
representative to the MAC Legislative Committee.
