RESOLUTION #05-192
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR PARKVIEW PLAZA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Parkview Plaza on September 27,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Parkview Plaza is in general conformance with §304 -Site
Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Mnnicipal Code,as well as the Arterial Corridor Overlay
District;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Parkview Plaza be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3rd day of
October 2005.I
