RESOLUTION #05-193
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WESTSIDE PLAZA BUILDING II
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zoning Connnission approved the Site
Plan for Westside Plaza Building II on September 27,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Westside Plaza Building II is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code,as well as the Arterial
Corridor Overlay District;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Westside Plaza Building II be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3rd day of
October 2005.
