RESOLUTION 05-187
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR WILLOWBROOK PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch Inc.has completed the improvements on Willowbrook Plat 4 for
Regency Homes;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman reviewed the improvements on
Willowbrook Plat 4 on September 19,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3rd day of October 2005 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Willowbrook Plat 4.
