RESOLUTION 05-197
ADOPTING THE NEW OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR
THE CITY OF WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has been rapidly growing and many rezoning and
annexations have taken place,AND,
WHEREAS,the new Official Zoning Map is identified by the signature ofthe Mayor,
attested by the City Clerk and will be located at City Hall,AND,
WHEREAS,the new Official Zoning Map is in accordance with the Ordinance §301.4 in
the Waukee Municipal Code and Chapter 414 of the Code ofIowa,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee,Iowa City Council in
session this 17th day of October,2005 that the new Official Zoning Map ofthe City of
Waukee supersedes and replaces the Official Zoning Map adopted by Resolution 02-80,
on the 6th of May 2002.
