RESOLUTION 05-201
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WIND FIELD II PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Conunission approved the Final
Plat for Windfield IT Plat 5 on October 18,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has provided bonds,easements and legal documents for the
plat and they have been reviewed by both the City Engineer and City Attorney;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Windfield II Plat 5 is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Windfield II Plat 5 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 24th day of
October 2005.
