RESOLUTION 05-206
APPROVING THE ADDENDUM TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPACE LEASE
ENTERED INTO WITH THE WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee and Waukee Community School District entered into a
telecommunications space lease agreement on the 24th day of August 2005,in which the term of
the lease extended to November I,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is desirous of amending paragraph 2 of the
Telecommunications Space Lease in order to extend the term of the lease to December I,2005
until a further agreement can be reached between the City and the Waukee Community School
District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session tins
7th day of November 2005 that it hereby approves the Addendum to Telecommunications Space
Lease;AND,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that nothing herein is
intended to modify the remaining terms of the original lease and should not be construed as
modifying any other term or provision thereof.
