RESOLUTION 05-203
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 9 COMMERCIAL ACCESS DRIVE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Erin Ollendike with Civil Design Advantage has submitted the construction
plans for Williams Pointe Plat 9 Commercial Access Drive and the construction plans
have been reviewed by the City Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in
general conformance with the Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofWauIcee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Williams Pointe Plat 9 Commercial Access Drive be
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 7th day of
November 2005.
