RESOLUTION 05-218
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLOW BROOK PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Willow Brook Plat 5 on November 9,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has provided the required legal documents for the plat and
they have been reviewed by both the City Engineer and City Attorney;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Willow Brook Plat 5 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Willow Brook Plat 5 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21"day of
November,2005.
