RESOLUTION 05-220
APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENT TO WRA AGREEMENT ADMITTING THE CITY
OF WAUKEE AS A PARTICIPATING COMMUNITY OF THE WRA EFFECTIVE
JULY 1,2007
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the WRA Management Agency Board considered and approved the form of the
proposed 28E Agreement for the City ofWankee to join the WRA as ofJnly I,2007;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to become a new community member of the
Wastewater Reclamation Authority;AND
WHEREAS,following the approval of the agreement by the City of Waukee,the WRA
Management Agency Board will approve the 28E Agreement at the December 20,2005 meeting,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council hereby
approves the Supplement to WRA Agreement Admitting the City of Waukee as a Participating
Community ofthe WRA Effective July I,2007.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21st day of November
2005.
