RESOLUTION 05-237
APPROVING THE ]<"INALPLAT FOR
LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE -PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 4 on December 15,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has provided the required legal documents for the plat and
they have been reviewed by both the City Engineer and City Attorney;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee -Plat 4 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Mnnicipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee -Plat 4 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19th day of
December 2005.
