RESOLUTION 05-239
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
LYON ACRES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Lyon Acres on December 15,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has provided the required legal documents for the plat and
they have been reviewed by both the City Engineer and City Attorney;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Lyon Acres is in general conformance with section §303 -
Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Lyon Acres be approved,with Lot A dedicated to the City of
Waukee and ingress/egress from Lot A allowed until the time at which Boone Drive is
widened ..
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19th day of
December 2005.
