RESOLUTION 05-72
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
GRANT PARK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Wally Pelds with A.Leo Pelds Engineering Co.has submitted the
construction plans for Grant Park and the construction plans have been reviewed by the
City Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in general conformance with the
Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Grant Park be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 2nd day of May
2005.
