RESOLUTION 05-73 J
APPROVING MSA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AS THE PROVIDER OF
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE WRA MEMBERSIDP FEASIBILITY
ANALYSIS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,The City of Waukee requested proposals from 7 different engineering firms
to review the WRA membership proposal submitted to the City earlier this year;AND,
WHEREAS,this review was to determine if the WRA membership proposal was
thorough,accurate and fair;AND,
WHEREAS,one engineering firm,Mid States Association -MSA Professional Services
submitted a proposal listing $15,000 as the lump sum fee for their analysis of the WRA
membership proposal;AND,
WHEREAS,City Staff think it worthwhile to determine the thoroughness and accuracy
of the WRA proposal for the City of Waukee membership.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session tins 2nd day of May 2005 that it hereby approves MSA Professional Services as
the provider of engineering services for the MRA Membership Feasibility nalysis.
