RESOLUTION 05-83
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
BRUMMETT ACRES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Brummett Acres on April 26,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Brummett Acres is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Brummett Acres be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 16th day of
May 2005.
