APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
BRUMMETT ACRES
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Brummett Acres on April 26,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,Brummett Acres is located within 2 miles from the Waukee City Limits
requiring City Council approval,AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Brunnnett Acres is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the,2"day of
May 2005./4-
