RESOLUTION 05-74
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
LAUREL STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Rognes Corporation has completed the construction of the Laurel Street
Drainage Improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman has reviewed the Laurel Street
Drainage Improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman found the improvements constructed as part of this project
generally conform to the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16th day of May 2005 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the Laurel street Drainage Improvements.
