APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE LIFT STATION 1,3 &6 IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,C.L.Carroll Co.,Inc.has completed the construction of the Lift Station 1,3
and 6 hnprovements;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman has reviewed the Lift Station 1,
3 &6 hnprovements;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman found the improvements constructed as part of this project
generally conform to the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16th day of May 2005 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the Lift Station I,3 and 6 hnprovements.
