RESOLUTION 05-78
APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF MARK LORBER
TO THE STORMWATER ADVISORY COMMITTEE
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Public Works Director John Gibson is recommending the appointment of
Mark Lorber to the Stormwater Advisory Committee;AND,
WHEREAS,the Stormwater Advisory Committee,a result of the Federal Environmental
Protection Agency Stormwater Regulations,will be in existence for the five year;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Lorber has an indicated an this area and is willing to serve the City of
Waukee in this capacity.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City ofWankee City Council in
session this 16th day of May 2005 that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of
Mark Lorber to the Stonnwater Advisory Committee.
