RESOLUTION 05-84
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT THE VILLAGE AT GRACE WOOD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously
approved the Preliminary Plat for The Village at Grace Wood on May 10,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for The Village at Grace Wood is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for The Village at Grace Wood be approved.be approved.
