APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Regency Homes has completed the improvements on Williams Pointe Plat
4;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman reviewed the improvements on
Williams Pointe Plat 4 on AprilS,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman confirmed that said improvements constructed as part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16th day of May 2005 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the Williams Pointe Plat 4.
