RESOLUTION 05-88 1
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE AT GRACE WOOD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
11lullcipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Site
Plan for The Village at Grace Wood on May 10,2005,provided the flat roof expanse on
the interior side of the 'Kirkland'design be visually broken up at least every two units;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for The Village at Grace Wood is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for The Village at Grace Wood be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 25th day of
11ay2005.)
