APPROVING REVISED ELEVATIONS FOR WARRIOR PLAZA PHASE 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Mike Simonson of Simonson &Associates and Eric Burmeister of Executive
Property Management discussed the current construction of Warrior Plaza Phase 3 on the site of
the construction as well as in the Council Chambers on May 31,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the discussion that occurred with Planning &Zoning Commission and Council
members resulted in the following proposed modifications to Warrior Plaza Phase 3:
1)revised site line for the rooftop BV AC units;
2)a mansard roof along the eastern elevation;
3)a second mansard on the roofto screen the HV AC units from the east;
4)a proposal for screening the HV AC units from the south;
5)the color beige to match the color of the south side of the building is to be used for the
HV AC screening;AND,
WHEREAS,Planning &Zoning Commission met Monday evening,June 6,2005 prior to the
Council Meeting,to review the proposed changes and recommended approving the proposed
changes to Warrior Plaza Phase 3.1
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
6th day of June 2005 that it hereby approves the proposed changes to Warrior Plaza Phase 3.
