THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 05-107
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
GRACEWOOD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Gracewood on June 14,2005;AND,
.WHEREAS,the developer has provided performance bonds for all items not completed at the
time of final plat;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Gracewood is in general conformance with section §303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Gracewood be approved contingent upon completion ofthe punch list
dated 06-20-05.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 20ti'day of January
2005.
