RESOLUTION 05-105
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
HEMINGWAY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization AND,
WHEREAS,Larry Richards with EDS has submitted the construction plans for
Hemingway and the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineers and the
City Staff and fmd them to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set forth
by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Hemingway be approved provided that City
requirements regarding installation of a sewer lift station to serve this property are
followed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 20th day of
June 2005.
