RESOLUTION 05-97 I
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION TO PETERSON
CONTRACTORS,INC FOR SOUTHFORK CULVERT EXTENSION
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Peterson Contractors,Inc.has completed the construction of the Southfork
Culvert Extension;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman has reviewed the Southfork
Culvert Extension;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman finds the improvements constructed,as part of this project,
are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of June 2005 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
to Peterson Contractors,Inc.for work completed on the Southfork Culvert Extension.
