RESOLUTION 05-109
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
THE VILLAGE AT GRACEWOOD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Gregory Pierce with Nilles Associates,Inc.has submitted the construction
plans for The Village at Gracewood and the construction plans have been reviewed by the
City Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in general conformance with the
Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for The Village at Gracewood be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 20th day of
June 2005.
