RESOLUTION 05-110
APPROVING NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEE
WAGE INCREASES FOR FY06
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Committee on Wage Review for all non-represented employees
presented its fmdings at a workshop meeting on September 1,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,discussion at the meeting was such that a revised FY04,FY05 and closure
amount for FY06 was developed by the Council as a whole;AND,
WHEREAS,the FY06 Closure Amount recommended in the 09-01-04 Council meeting
is the amount proposed to be given to ten of the non-represented employees as part of the
FY06 Wage Increase;AND,
WHEREAS,a 3.5%COLA,the same as was given in 2004 or FY05,has been included
in the FY06 Wage Increase.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of June 2005 that it hereby approves the wage recommendation for
the all non-represented employees excluding the City Administrator,whose wage
adjustment for the coming year will be approved when the City Administrator's
evaluation occurs in August 2005.
