RESOLUTION 06-130
APPROVING AND CONFIRMING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
ASHWORTH DRIVE ASPHALT OVERLAY FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,this Council has heretofore held a public hearing on plans,specifications,
f01TI1sof contract and estimate of cost for the proposed construction of the Ashworth Drive
asphalt overlay (the "Project"),as described in the notice of hearing on proposed plans and
specifications,proposed fOlIDSof contract and estimate of cost (the "Contract Documents")and
the taking of bids for the Project;
NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.The Contract Documents referred to in the preamble hereof are hereby
approved,and the Project,as provided for in the Contract Documents,is necessary and desirable.
Section 2.All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Passed and approved the 26th of June 2006.
