THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING THE CONCEPT PLAN FOR THE WEST DES MOINES
ANNEXATION MORATORIUM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a dilly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Cities of Waukee and West Des Moines have mutually agreed to an
annexation moratorium in certain areas of unincorporated Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,a concept plan for the West Des Moines annexation moratorium has been
presented to the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this lOth day of July 2006 that it hereby approves the concept plan for the West Des Moines
annexation moratorium,which is attached hereto and by this reference is incorporated
herein.
