RESOLUTION 06-136
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF FRAN MILLARD TO THE LIBRARY
BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR A TERM ENDING JUNE 30,2009
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,an opening on the Waukee Public Library Board of Trustees was created
with the resignation of member Kathy Coleson Homer;AND,
WHEREAS,the Library Board of Trustees recommends the appointment of Fran Millard
to fill the unexpired term.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 10th day of July 2006 that it hereby approves appointment of Fran Millard to serve on
the Library Board of Trustees for a term ending June 30,2009.
