RESOLUTION 05-112
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION TO STERNQUIST
CONSTRUCTION FOR THE CONLIN CURB &GUTTER IMPROVEMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,pursuant to the City of Waukee Agreement with James Conlin of Conlin
Properties,Stemquist Construction has completed the construction of a 3.5 feet wide
section of street paving,curb and gutter along Warrior Lane adj acent to the existing
apartment complex;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman has reviewed the Conlin Curb
&Gutter Improvement project;AND,
WHEREAS,the improvements constructed as a part ofthis project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 11th day of July,2005 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion to
Stemquist Construction for the Conlin Curb &Gutter Improvement.
