RESOLUTION 05-118 ]
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR HUNSBERGER PROPRIETOR PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zoning Connnission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 3 on June 28,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 3 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 3 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 11th day of
July 2005.
