RESOLUTION 05-115 I
APPROVING CITY OF URBANDALE ENGINEERING DIVISION AS THE
ENGINEERS FOR THE 2005 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROGRAM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has entered into a 28E Agreement with the Cities of
Urbandale,Clive,West Des Moines and Altoona to jointly contract for and administer
certain sanitary sewer rehabilitation public improvement proj ects;AND,
WHEREAS,part of that Agreement states that the City of Urbandale will serve as the
Lead Public Agency to prepare the scope of the work and cost estimate for the proj ect
design,which shall consist of plan and specifications and contract administration for the
letting and award of tile project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Urbandale Engineering Division shall serve as the Engineers of
this joint project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 11th day of July 2005 that it hereby approves the City of Urbandale
Engineering Division as the Engineers for the 2005 Sanitary Sewer Lining Program.]
