RESOLUTION 05-111
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION TO WEIDNER
CONSTRUCTION FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY
GENERATOR AND LIFT STATION 2 IMPROVEMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Weidner Construction has completed the construction of the Wastewater
Treatment Facility Generator and Lift Station 2 Improvement,which contract was
originally awarded to them in Resolution 04-169 on July 19,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman has reviewed the Wastewater
Treatment Facility Generator and Lift Station 2 Improvement;AND,
WHEREAS,the improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 11II,day of July,2005 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Generator and Lift Station 2 Improvement.
