RESOLUTION 05-130
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
HUNSBERGER PROPRIETOR PLAT 3
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly orgauized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 3 on July 12,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has provided the legal documents for the plat and they have been
reviewed by the City Attomey;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer and the City have reached a tentative agreement regarding the
parkland,and that the agreement would be more thoroughly documented at a later date;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 3 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 3 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18th day of July
2005.
