RESOLUTION NO.05-129
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR PINNACLE BANK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Pinnacle Bank on July 12,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Williams Pointe Plat 9 commercial subdivision,in which Pinnacle Bank
would be located,will be rezoned from C-lA (Neighborhood Commercial District)to
PD-l (Planned Development Overlay District)in order to allow for certain differences
from C-lA district requirements;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Pinnacle Bank be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18th day of
July 2005.
