RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE VALUATION OF EACH LOT WITHIN THE
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS,The City of Waukee has passed a preliminary resolution concerning the certain
properties in which sidewalk installation is to be undertaken pursuant to the 2005 sidewalk
improvement program;
WHEREAS,pursuant to Iowa Code Section 384.46 Code of Iowa (2006),Council is to
determine the valuation of each lot within the proposed assessment district and valuation must be
the present fair market value of the property with the proposed public improvement completed;
WHEREAS,compilation of information has been presented to the Council which suggests the
appropriate valuations for the present value and present fair market value of the properties after
the installation of the proposed improvements and the Council having reviewed the same and
having been fully advised on the premises determined said values are appropriate.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
following properties within the proposed assessment district are hereby valued pursuant to
Section 384.46 of the Code ofIowa (2006)as set forth below:

Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved this the 24th day of
July 2006.
