APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLOW BROOK PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Willow Brook Plat 3 on July 12,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has provided bonds,easements and legal documents for the plat and
they have been reviewed by both the City Engineer and City Attorney;AND,
WHEREAS,developer is required to post bond or complete the bike trail within the plat prior to
filing the plat with the Dallas County Recorder;AND,I
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Willow Brook Plat 3 is in general conformance with section §303
-Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Willow Brook Plat 3 be approved.
