RESOLUTION 05-134 1
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR GRACE WOOD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Grace Woods Joint Venture has completed the improvements on the
property known as Grace Wood;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman reviewed the improvements in
Grace Wood on July 26,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman confirmed that said improvements constructed as part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1st day of August 2005 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for Grace Wood.
